Firestone Complete Auto Care

Great experience! Everyone was very kind and helpful. They worked as a team to help solve my problems and they took the time to make sure I understood what the issues were and were patient while I did my own research. I feel like the price was reasonable and a service was fast. I will definitely be back.

Had a great experience at Firestone! Jonathan was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Got a basic check, brake replacement, wheel alignment, and battery swap all in one visit. The pricing was upfront and affordable — no hidden fees, no pressure. Exactly the kind of service that keeps you coming back. Highly recommend!

My tire caught a huge metal piece on a local highway near Santa Ana, so I called the closest Firestone near me for help in replacing it via my warranty. Jonathan took my call and was nothing short from kind, professional and prompt about calling their local warehouse to bring in my tire as I was in a super tight time crunch with an appt I had. Not only was the tire ready nearly around the time I had arrived, but Jonathan made sure installation was prompt and quick. In less than thirty minutes I was on my way back on the road thanks to Chris (installer) and Jonathan. Thanks guys!! Super grateful for the great customer service received today and for helping a girl get back on the road. Firestone for the win!!!!

I came here for a tire tread check and was told my tires were 2/32 and needed full replacement (around $1,500). Since my car is only 2 years old, I decided to get a second opinion at another tire shop. They measured 4/32 on all tires. I returned to Firestone and spoke with the manager, and they refunded me. I appreciate the refund, but I recommend customers double-check measurements before agreeing to replace all tires.
